When you call on the services of the Crisis Center, you will be met with empathy. Crisis is personally defined, which means that you get to decide when you need help. Our staff is non-judgmental and is available to you by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. If we do not have the resources on hand to meet your needs, we will direct you to a resource better equipped to help you solve your problem. Teen Link and the Kid's Help Line have a text service: 205.328.5465 (10am-10pm). The Kid's Help Line phone number is: 205.328.5437. The Senior Talk Line's phone number is: 205.328.8255. Each call is viewed with the ethical and moral laws regarding confidentiality and respect.
